FinProtect Advisory provides fund recovery consultation and assistance services for individuals who have been victims of financial fraud, including investment fraud, trading platform scams, cryptocurrency fraud, and related financial crimes. Our services include:

• Free initial case assessment and eligibility review
• Investigation and documentation of fraud cases
• Coordination with financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and legal authorities
• Chargeback and dispute assistance
• Legal referral and support services

2. No Upfront Fees — Success-Fee Model

We operate on a strict success-fee basis. You will not be charged any upfront fees for our initial case review or for commencing work on your case. Our fee is a percentage of the amount successfully recovered, agreed in writing before we begin. If we do not recover any funds, you owe us nothing.

Specific fee percentages and terms will be set out in a separate written service agreement provided before we commence active recovery work.

3. No Guarantee of Recovery

We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that fund recovery will be successful in any particular case. The outcome depends on numerous factors including the type of fraud, the payment methods used, the jurisdiction involved, and the time elapsed since the fraud occurred. Past success rates do not guarantee future results.

4. Eligibility

To be eligible for our services:

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You must have suffered a verifiable financial loss due to fraud
• Your loss must be at least €500 in value
• You must be willing to provide accurate and truthful information about your case
• You must cooperate with our reasonable requests for documentation and information

5. Your Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your case
• Not engage multiple fund recovery services simultaneously for the same case without our knowledge
• Preserve all relevant evidence, communications, and documentation
• Cooperate promptly with our requests for information and documentation
• Not take unilateral actions that may compromise the recovery process without our prior advice
• Notify us immediately of any relevant developments in your case

6. Confidentiality

We treat all case information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal or case information to third parties without your consent, except as necessary to pursue your recovery, as required by law, or as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FinProtect Advisory's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in connection with your case. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We are not liable for the actions or inactions of third parties, including financial institutions, payment processors, regulators, or law enforcement authorities involved in your case.
